Enrollment

  • Enrollment is ongoing. You can enroll and unenroll as needed with no long term commitment
  • You can transfer to a different day / time / class anytime as long as the class has room.
  • You are financial responsible for your class until you submit a drop request

Registration Fee

$30 fee required one time per year, per family. Covers all family members in your immediate family. Due on or before anniversary date. Non-refundable.

 

Refunds & Credits

TNT allows refunds within the first week of a class for unused classes for first time athletes. If a refund is requested after the first week due to injury or approved circumstance, TNT puts a credit on your iClassPro account for the unused portion to use for a future class. Credits are only good for one year from the date of issue. Credits hold no cash value. TNT does not refund classes that have already occurred..

 

 

Tuition (you may enroll or enroll at your convenience)

  • Tuition is pro-rated based on your start date
  • We accept all major credit and debit cards
  • Participation requires that you create an online account with a card on file
  • Tuition occurs on the 20th
  • Tuition is processed as long as you are actively enrolled. It is your responsibility to unenroll to stop the process. 




Enrollment Policies & Procedures

 

Registration & Waitlists:

All classes are first come, first serve. You cannot register for a class that is at capacity. You are able to join a waitlist for a full class. If you are on the waitlist you are NOT registered but will be contacted if a spot becomes available.

 

Open Enrollment

TNT offers recreational gymnastics and ninja classes throughout the year. School year: September – May and Summer: June – August. This registration process allows families the ability to join when it’s convenient for them, to make monthly payments instead of bulk payments, and keep their same day and time throughout the year.


Families may enroll for a class at anytime as long as there is a spot available.

 

Class Tuition:

Class tuition varies by class.

Payment is due for the first month at time of registration. Future payments will be automatically withdrawn on the 20th (see “Tuition Payments”).

If you register to start class in the middle of a month tuition will be prorated for. (see “Prorated Tuition).


Class tuition is always the same per month, regardless of how many classes you receive that month. Classes average 4 classes a month, while some months have 3 or 5.

 

 

Prorated Tuition:

If you join a class after the first of the month, your tuition will be prorated to only pay for the remaining classes.

 

Class Discounts:

Children enrolled in more than 1 class a week receive a 25% discount on the additional class. (If classes are different amounts the discount is applied to the lesser of the two classes)

 

Annual Registration Fee:

Tuition Payments:

Tuition is paid monthly on the 20th of the month for the following month via automatic withdrawal. (example – Pay January 20th for February tuition). All families are required to have a card or checking account on file.

Your tuition payment serves to secure your child’s spot in the class regardless of their attendance.

 

Alternative Payment Method:

Families have the option to not use the card or checking account on file by with an alternative card or cash before the 20th. No alternative payments are allowed from the 20th – 31st of a month.

 

Declined Payments:

We understand that occasionally payment declines for various reasons: insufficient funds, expired card, new card, etc. However, all declined tuition payments must be made current by the last day of the month or your child will be dropped from the class on the 1st of the month and that spot given to someone on our waitlist.

 

 

Late Fees:

TNT offers e-check payments, however any e-checks payments that get declined are subject to a $5 late fee. The original payment and late fee are due by the last day of the month of your child will be dropped from the class on the 1st of the month and that spot given to someone on our waitlist.

 

Account Disputes:

If a charge is made and money collected according to our agreed tuition policies and subsequently disputed, it constitutes a breach of contract possibly resulting in, but not limited to, penalties, additional fees, collection, legal action, and/or termination of any/or all current and future services.

 

Drop Registration:

If an athlete decides they no longer want to participate, a drop must be submitted through iClassPro, with the customer service team, or through our online form. The drop form is located at tntkidsfitness.org > Forms > “Membership Drop Form”.

 

Any tuition collected up to the point of notice will be forfeited. Forms must be completed by the 19th of the month for recreational classes or by the end of the month for competitive, special needs, or Parkinson’s programs to cancel the auto-withdrawal for the next month, or you will be responsible to pay.

 

If you drop after the due date, you can be credited on your TNT account the amount for classes that have NOT occurred yet, but you will not be refunded.

Make-Up Policy

TNT does not offer makeups for missed classes due to limited class availability. There are no credits or refunds for missed classes

 

Class Mobility:

For all classes children must turn the age required by the first day of the class.

  • Movement & Milestones Classes: children progress based on their developmental ability
  • Preschool & Ninja classes: children progress through preschool & ninja classes based on their age.
  • School Age Classes: Children progress through school age classes based on their skill and at different speeds. Our classes are designed to help your child learn a solid foundation of gymnastics so they can progress safely to the next level. Coaches will inform you when your child has achieved all the skills needed to move to the next level. 

When children are notified they are ready to move up they can reach out to the Customer Service team to switch to the next class. If there is not a spot open they can join a waitlist or stay in their same class.

 

Students may move up at any time to a class they fulfill the requirements for as long as a spot is available.

 

 

Class Closures:

TNT reserves the right to close classes with 3 or fewer students. Occasionally, classes combine ability levels to stay open. If TNT needs to close a class we will work with you to find another class to move into or refund your account.

 

Building Closures

TNT reserves the right to reduce, suspend, or close programs due to weather concerns, facility damage, or other emergency conditions that prevent normal operations. The decision to reduce, suspend, or close programs for emergency reasons, disruptive actions, or health risks comes from the Executive Team.

 

When TNT closes a class due to the above reasons a makeup class will be offered or in the chance a makeup is not able to be schedule we will credit for that class

 

Health Policy

We ask that you stay home if you notice any signs of illness. This helps to keep your classmates and coaches healthy.
