  • Can my child do a placement evaluation to see what class they should be in?

TNT offers free placement evaluations for children ages 6 and older to find the correct class if they have previous gymnastics experience. A coach spends a few minutes with the child in the gym to determine their skill level and the appropriate class. Placement evaluations depend on the child’s experience and skill level, but typically last no longer than 10 minutes. If your child is 5 or under, they do not need a placement evaluation as they register for their class by age.

To set up an evaluation, please reach out to our Customer Service Team at 701-551-5000.

  • How do I know when my child is ready to move to the next level?

For children ages 5 and under, they move to the next level as they achieve a developmental milestone or as they age. They must have their birthday in the month prior to switching.

Mobility in our school age program is based on skill achievement. Each level has six skills that must be mastered before progressing to the next level. Coaches evaluate your child during class and will inform you when your child has achieved all the skills needed to move to the next level.

  • Can my child attend more than one class a week?

Absolutely. Students enrolled in more than 1 class a week receive a 25% discount on additional classes.

  • How does my child get into a recommendation only class?

Continue to attend recreational classes. Coaches look for children with skill, strength, flexibility, and non-tangibles like listening skills and ability to take direction. Coaches invite a select amount of students based upon availiability of spots in the class.

  • Do you offer private lessons?

We do offer private lessons on a limited basis dependent on coach availability. However, we encourage your child to join a class or take two classes a week for extra practice. Contact the Customer Service team at 701-551-5000 to inquire.
